Located within the Greater Halifax metropolitan area, Ridgevale is a neighbourhood in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

Cars are a great mode of transportation in Ridgevale. Coming across a parking spot is easy, and it is a reasonably short car ride to the closest highway from any location in this area. However, the public transit system in Ridgevale is not very convenient. Nonetheless, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Travelling on foot is not very feasible for residents in this part of Halifax since meeting daily needs is impractical by walking. Ridgevale is also not very bicycling-friendly as there are quite a few hills, and there are few bike lanes.

Services

It is a rather short walk to get to primary schools from most properties for sale in this part of Halifax. In contrast, Ridgevale does not contain any high schools. Regarding food, some, but not all, house buyers in this area will reside within walking distance of the nearest supermarket.
