Transportation

Rocky Lake is an extremely good part of Halifax for moving around by car. It is especially convenient to park, and nearby highways are quite easy to reach from anywhere in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, the public transit network in this area is not very practical. Nonetheless, residents have access to a few bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. Biking is challenging in this area because the area is not very flat, and the cycling network is not very comprehensive. Walking is also not particularly convenient for home buyers in Rocky Lake because meeting daily needs is sometimes challenging.
