Eaglewood is a neighbourhood within Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent medium of transportation in Eaglewood. It is a reasonably short drive to the closest highway from anywhere in this part of Halifax, and it is very easy to come across a place to park. On the other hand, Eaglewood is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and it is very easy to find a nearby bus stop from most houses. This part of the municipality is not especially appropriate for cycling because the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed, and cyclists are faced with quite a few elevation changes. Eaglewood is also not very convenient for those who travel by foot since running daily errands is inconvenient by walking.
