Transportation

The preferred approach to move around in this neighbourhood is usually driving. It is a reasonably short car ride to the closest highway from any location in this area, and it is easy to park. However, this area is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Despite the fact that there are a limited number of slopes, bicycling is at times challenging in this part of the city because the bicycling infrastructure is sometimes poor. This part of the city is also not particularly convenient for walking since few common errands can be run without needing to resort to a vehicle.

Services

Property owners in this area will value that a grocery store is always only a reasonably short walk away. A limited number of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well. In terms of education, families will value that no matter where their home is located in this neighbourhood, both primary and secondary schools are close by.
