COLIN ABBOT

I was first introduced to Colin Abbott when he cold called me in 2017 when my husband and I decided to move from Vancouver to London for my husband's career. I told him at that time we weren't ready to start looking but if he called me in six months we would be good to go and that's exactly what he did. I told him I know what I'm looking for, what my budget is and I don't waste time. I sent him listings that I wanted to see and he sent me his recommendations which were solid because he actually listened to our needs and wants and didn't waste time trying to show us "maybe" homes. Colin is a dedicated, hard working professional that was always available for showings and questions but he is also unnecessarily handsome and fun to work with. He has a clear passion for real estate and is achieving incredible goals to be the best, which he is. I never had to wait long for a reply to my calls and emails and after our first round of viewings he understood who I was as a client. We got to the point where he just knew I wasn't going to get out of the car and we'd just head to the next house. I think the whole process only took two weeks before we found our home and everyone couldn't have been happier.Colin is clearly a shining star in his field and that was made even more evident when it came time to sell our house. Three and a half years later my husband and I had to move to Seattle for his career again. My only thought was to hire Colin. I called him up and said "hey it's Amy, the lady that made you cookies. I need to sell this shack and move immediately can you help me?" By this time Colin had obviously moved up in his career and was managing a fantastic team that sold our house in less than a week. He held an open house and thanks to his connections we received numerous offers but we took the one that literally changed our lives. Although the market had changed to our favour over the 3.5 years we owned our home we would not have gotten the offer we did if Colin Abbott hadn't been apart of this sale. He worked hard and got the best clients to come view our home and as a result we now own a gorgeous home in Washington State, are debt free in both countries and live an incredible life here in Seattle. We absolutely believe that that wouldn't be possible if we hadn't chosen Colin Abbott as our real estate star. I owe him so much gratitude. We appreciate him beyond words and like I told him years ago he's going to be a leader in this industry. Chosing this agency will be the best decision you could make.

Colin, what can I say about this guy except he was amazing. He knew excatly what I was looking for and made sure I was aware everything that fit my needs, all while not pushing me to make a deal. When the perfect house for my family and I showed up he made it an incredibly simple and fast process almost to easy to be honest. He will always be my go to for all my Real Estate needs.

I used Colin as my realtor a few years ago. He's a great guy, very attentive, and listened well to my criteria, made good suggestions, and was always available to communicate with.
