Clint intuitively knows what I'm looking for. After viewing each home, he would have me list the good/bad pointers of each one. Articulating this helped me consolidate my thoughts, and helped narrow the field quickly. When it was down to 2 homes, I went with his instincts about the more suitable one for our needs. ie. this one has 2 bathrooms (vs 1); if you're expecting grandchildren there is a loft with a bedroom; the green space behind the home will be wonderful for goofing around. We are completely thrilled with our choice and have returned 3 times since July 30 to enjoy our cottage. He also negotiated a reduced price which, of course, translates to a marginally smaller commission for him. Thank you! A big shoutout to Clint. We'll never make a move without him!
