We are in the process of downsizing. We are selling our home which is becoming too big for us. we have stayed at the current house for over 17 years. Buying and selling was not something we do often. Asheton was able to guide us through the many steps on how to prepare. the steps were very methodical and easy to follow. While this doesn't mean you don't have to do anything. It mean if you follow the guidelines, good results is very easy to achieve. At the very beginning of listing. We were very intimidated in the current market situation. But Asheton was very understanding and did not push us; But rather guide us. The fear was being homeless and not able to find a home felt really real. about 3 weeks later, Magician is our nickname for Asheton. He was able to sell our home more than originally anticipated and help us find a home in this hostile market which is very hard to find a home; let alone a desirable one.

We started the process of selling our home in the summer of 2019. We were using a different realtor at the time that was below our expectations and we had a very negative experience. We decided to change realtors and were extremely skeptical and stressed after being on the market for almost a year. We met Asheton and had a quick meet and greet to see if he would be a good match. Asheton was covering for our main realtor when we met him, and I was SO impressed with him. Not only did he hit the ground running with us, it was a smooth transition. We had seen over 80 houses when Asheton came in, and we were at the stage where we were making offers.
He was super patient with us with all of our questions as first time buyers in Alberta - and completely new to the province as well, so while we didn't need to go through the process of neighbourhood reviews with him, he was still instrumental in recommending service providers, house inspections etc. We had two offer processes to go through with him - one which was very difficult as there were issues on the seller side and ended up falling through, and (our dream house!) which we finalized quickly, professionally and without any issues. We were very happy with the final numbers, and are very grateful that our original realtor, Ariel Buenaventura, was able to recommend such a great realtor to cover for him!

Asheton is extremely easy to work with, he made our first time home buying experience a breeze. He was knowledgeable about the properties we viewed, gave us helpful feedback, answered any and all questions we may have had, and he was always there for us when we needed. The house we ultimately purchased was listed, I called him for a viewing, and he had a viewing scheduled for us within an hour. We couldn't have found someone better for the largest transaction of our life.

Very satisfied with the service I was given. Asheton brought a lot of things to the table, things I didn’t even think about. I believe these tips helped sell our condo. There was about 20-30 units for sale in the condo Building at the time of the sale. Then he found the perfect house for me and my family. It took some time, but with no pressure we had did it.
