Transportation

South Development Area is an extraordinarily convenient part of Saskatoon for driving. Parking is easy, and many properties for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway. However, the public transit system in this part of the city is not very practical. Bicycling is easy in South Development Area as there are a limited number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave. It is challenging for pedestrians to get around in South Development Area since few common errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services

South Development Area does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, it can be very difficult to reach daycares on foot. When it comes to eating, home buyers in South Development Area almost always have to turn to a vehicle to travel to the closest grocery store. There are a few choices for those who care about restaurants within walking distance.

Character

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in South Development Area. Although this area is not home to any parks, parks are especially well-situated in nearby neighbourhoods, making them easy to reach.
