The neighbourhood of New Saint Laurent is part of the city of Montréal, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a very good mode of transportation in New Saint Laurent. It is a rather short drive to the nearest highway from any location in this neighbourhood, and it is easy to come across a parking spot. In contrast, New Saint Laurent is not especially transit friendly. Nonetheless, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally just around the corner. Walking is not very convenient for home buyers in New Saint Laurent as meeting daily needs is challenging by walking. In contrast, this area is conducive to bicycling since the cycling infrastructure is quite comprehensive, and there are few hills to challenge cyclists.

Services

It is very rarely feasible for house buyers in New Saint Laurent to buy groceries by walking. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who appreciate restaurants in close proximity. With regards to education, daycares are very easy to get to on foot from most houses for sale in New Saint Laurent.
