In contrast, the public transit service in this neighbourhood is not especially frequent. Thankfully, homeowners benefit from the Gare Lachine on the 11 - Vaudreuil/Hudson. The neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is usually very close. Dixie will attract active people as it is suitable for bicycling. For instance, cyclists do not encounter significant hills. In contrast, walking is not especially practical for house buyers in this area since common errands are occasionally difficult to run without the use of a car.
