Part of the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Fatima is a neighbourhood within Longueuil, Quebec.

Transportation

Travelling by car is very easy in Fatima. Finding a parking spot is generally easy, and most homes for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute Jean-Lesage. However, residents using public transit may have limited options in this area by reason of the infrequent service. Nevertheless, homeowners are served by approximately 10 bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically very close. This neighbourhood is conducive to bicycling as the topography is quite flat, and there are a fair number of bike lanes. In contrast, it is difficult for people walking to get around in Fatima since day-to-day errands are sometimes challenging to run on foot.

Services

Some, but not all, house buyers in this neighbourhood will reside within walking distance of the nearest supermarket. There are also a few options for those who appreciate nearby restaurants. Regarding education, parents and their kids will value that wherever their house is situated in this part of Longueuil, primary schools are close by.
