Transportation

Rouge River is especially car friendly. It is very convenient to park. On the other hand, travelling by transit can be challenging in Rouge River by reason of the service's low frequency. Thankfully, property owners benefit from a few bus lines. The bike is a fairly good mode of transportation in Rouge River. However, it is impractical for pedestrians to navigate this part of Toronto because common amenities such as laundromats or liquor stores can be a rather long walk away.

Services

Some residents in this neighbourhood may have the option to do grocery shopping on foot, while others will have to turn to another means of transportation. Regarding education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in Rouge River. Moreover, parents may find it challenging for their schoolchildren to reach daycares as a pedestrian.
