This part of the city is a fairly pleasant part of Toronto for pedestrians; running daily errands is easy, and numerous businesses are quite close by. Biking is also convenient in Mount Dennis. Owing to around 10 nearby bus lines, the very good public transit infrastructure allows people to get to many destinations without needing a vehicle. This part of the city is also reasonably car friendly. Most real estate listings are a rather short car ride from the closest highway.
