Transportation

It is easy for pedestrians to navigate this neighbourhood; many daily needs can be met on foot. It is also convenient to commute by bike in Alpine because there are a good number of bike lanes. The public transit system in Alpine is not particularly practical. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. In contrast, getting around by car is very easy in this area. It is a very short drive to the nearest highway, such as Ottawa Street, from any home in Alpine, and it is very easy to park.

Services

A supermarket is ordinarily accessible within a rather short walk from any home in Alpine. A limited number of restaurants and cafes are available as well.
