Transportation

Driving is a great mode of transportation in this neighbourhood. Parking is generally easy. On the other hand, commuting by transit can be very hard in Middle Block by reason of the service's low frequency. Many of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very suitable for those who travel by foot because carrying out daily needs is challenging. However, Middle Block is conducive to bicycling.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of the city. Additionally, it can be very difficult to reach daycares as a pedestrian. With regards to food, home buyers in Middle Block almost always need a vehicle to travel to the nearest grocery store.

Character

Middle Block offers a great variety of green spaces to enjoy. Public green spaces, including Grand River Natural Area - Sims Estate, are especially well-situated and there are a few of them nearby for residents to visit, which makes it easy to reach them from the majority of locations in this part of the city. Since there are very few pedestrians, this neighbourhood is relatively quiet.
