Transportation

The best approach to navigate Tufts Cove is very often a car. It is very convenient to find a parking spot, and nearby highways are very easy to access from any location in this neighbourhood. However, the public transit service in this part of Halifax is not particularly frequent. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. It is occasionally challenging to get around by bike in this neighbourhood since the cycling infrastructure is rather limited, and bicycling is rendered strenuous by the often sloping terrain. Walking is also not very popular in Tufts Cove, although many common errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services
