Elmsdale

The community of Elmsdale is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

The preferred approach to navigate Elmsdale is very often a car. Nearby highways are quite easy to reach from anywhere in this part of the municipality, and it is very easy to park. Travelling on foot is not very feasible for home buyers in Elmsdale since most daily needs are impractical to meet by walking. Elmsdale is also not very bicycling-friendly as there are a fair number of slopes, and there are very few bike lanes.

Services

Daycares are especially easy to get to on foot from any location in this part of Halifax. However, Elmsdale does not have any primary schools or high schools.
