The community of East Lawrencetown is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Travelling by car is very convenient in East Lawrencetown. Parking is easy. It is very impractical for people travelling on foot to get around in East Lawrencetown since almost no common errands can be run without having to resort to a car.
