Transportation

Driving is a great transportation option in Wilkes South. Most of the street network is well suited for cars, and the majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway. However, this neighbourhood is not an especially convenient part of Winnipeg for travelling by public transit. Travelling on foot is not very practical for property owners in Wilkes South since very few common errands can be run without the use of a car.
