Transportation

Tempe is reasonably bicycling-friendly because there are a good number of bike lanes. It is also convenient for people travelling on foot to navigate this part of the city; running daily errands is easy on foot, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Commuting by car is very convenient in this neighbourhood. Many properties for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is easy to come across a parking spot. However, getting around by transit can be occasionally difficult in this area due to the service's low frequency.
