Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Nordel is a neighbourhood within Delta, British Columbia.

Transportation

Driving is often the favoured way to move around in this neighbourhood. It is convenient to park, and nearby highways are quite easy to reach from anywhere in Nordel. On the other hand, the public transit service in Nordel is not very frequent. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Nordel is quite bike-friendly since there are many bike lanes. However, travelling by foot in Nordel is not very popular, despite the fact that carrying out daily needs is convenient.

Services

Some, but not all, home buyers in Nordel will live within walking distance of the nearest grocery store. There are also a limited number of choices for those who care about restaurants and cafes in close proximity. Concerning education, schools and daycares are very easy to walk to from any location in Nordel.

Character

Nordel offers a calm ambience and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time outdoors.
