Nick was tremendously patient and authentic throughout the entire process of selling our home AND helping us find our next home. His advice, especially during such a volatile 'sellers' market was invaluable and I still hear some of his comments running through my head.
1. Don't settle - make a list of your MUST haves and stick with it. If its negotiable, then its not a MUST have. **This helped us to not make an offer on a place they we 'thought' was the one...
2. When you make an offer on the place you LOVE, offer what your 'maximum' is. **This was so helpful because he never talked us into or out or any of our offers - he was always very honest and avoided any bias. This meant so much to us.
3. We wanted to buy 40 km away, and he was totally fine with that. He took care of arranging all the home visits (during COVID). He provided us with current listings that matched our criteria and even let us add a few that weren't on any of his lists.
Nick, I thank you for ALWAYS taking my calls and being such a professional. We trusted you explicitly and would definitely call on you again... but not for a while cause we found our PERFECT home!!
