Darryl is the best in the business! This purchase was for a second home that my mother is to live in. She was very picky in her wants and Darryl took the time to understand that. After we had one deal fall through as a result of the seller which left my mom heart broken we proceeded cautiously and Darryl was very patient. We took a break after that, but when we started looking again Darryl picked up like no time had passed. We found the perfect place put an offer in and he even recommended an all star mortgage broker. I had inquired about one of his ads online. It ended up not meeting my needs and Darryl Van Eerde offered to help in any way to show us other options. That is why we started our search with him and ended up buying our new home with his assistance. We relocated from Ontario to Alberta. My husband had to come ahead of me for his work transfer.
