Wes was very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the value and price range of house. He gave us a great deal of housing market history, trends, what has sold, what is for sale in our town. Also how our market competes with the homes in nearby municipalities. From when he started (with our very first meeting with him) to when we had a solid offer and deal on the house was about 6-7 weeks. I Will use Wes again when it comes to selling our other house. Wes was a joy to work with. We had to sell a condo in a tough market and bad location. He was always there to buoy our spirits, with a "Keep the faith" mantra. He actively pushed on every showing, and had several Open Houses to push for the sale of our property.
When we finally sold we agreed to a 30 day possession, and Wes helped us find a house that we love that we could get in the 30 days. There were lots of hair pulling moments, but he remained calm and helpful and resolved all arising issues.

He was excellent in negotiating a fair price, referred me to a law firm who quoted a reasonable price and is currently helping me find a contractor to replace carpets.
