Joseph was very professional. He researched all properties before our appointments and was often at the property long before our arrival, guiding us to the exact location over the phone. His communication was excellent, keeping us up to date on the process. In closing the transaction, he got involved in negotiations helping to secure the best terms given the circumstances. Throughout our interactions, we never got the impression he was trying to rush us into a decision for a particular property - he was objective in talking us through the pros and cons of each property, and patient to allow us make up our minds on what we wanted.
