Realtor Julio Mendez is amazing! I just bought my 3rd property with him. While the previous 2 were investment (rental) properties in Windsor, this 3rd house was to be matrimonial home and as such, the selection criteria was very different.
Julio was with us during the entire process, which took 4+ months. He patiently let us figure out which geographical area/property style we prefer vs. what we can afford, while we took him on a wild goose chase all over Ontario: Niagara region, London area, Hamilton and as far as Windsor.
Julio was sending us recommended properties, comparables, giving us advice and patiently stood by our side while we re-strategized, pivoted a few times as house prices kept increasing.
At the end of the home purchase cycle, after many bids, house viewings, road trips across Ontario, disappointments, etc., we were almost ready to give up while prices were relentlessly climbing.
During the entire process, Julio was professional, prepared, punctual, patient (can't overstress that) and got us a home in Welland. We ended up purchasing a house he found for us. We liked the vicinity to our parents, to the city, lakes and trails, its huge master bedroom.
If I had more money, I'd buy again with Julio, he is that good! Highly recommended realtor.
