We decided to price our house aggressively when relisting with Kevin as our goal was to sell relatively quickly after having been on the market for four months with a different realtor. When my new my new wife and I decide to sell and buy our together forever house, she told me about Kevin. I was very happy with the realtor I had worked with before and would have been happy to do so again, but was finally convinced Kevin was the guy.
Our new home is amazing and now that the boxes are (mostly) unpacked and our furniture is (mostly) in place, we want to take a moment to say how grateful we are to Kevin for his work in getting us here.
It was a tough market to buy in and we knew that once we put an offer in, having another house to sell as a condition could be risky and stressful. Kevin helped every step of the way and not only helped us get the right deal on our new house, in this amazing neighborhood, he went to work and sold our old one which was NOT in an amazing neighborhood … and sold it in 12 hours.
Lucky? Yes, but we also saw the effort. Like the interest in finding every feature of the old place and what benefits it offered and then the beautiful way the video was produced to present it. We truely felt like Kevin was really working our situation. What went on behind the scenes with Kevin’s contracts in the industry, I don’t know obviously, but the right buyer appeared, had all the information he needed to know it was the right house for him and gave us our asking price. Done in 12 hours.

Imagine my surprise when Kevin informed me that our offer had been eclipsed by a second offer. Further to that Kevin managed to build a compelling case for the owner to accept our offer even though it was less than the competitive one. He not only accomplished this he then negotiated another $10,000 reduction after the inspection. We wanted to sell our home fairly quickly, so I reached-out to Kevin knowing his process of selling a home is professional, and he has connections with other St. Albert Realtors. Kevin was an amazing real estate agent for my wife and I. We were first time homebuyers and Kevin made it easy for us. He took the time and always had the patience to help us through the process, to answer our questions, and check in with us at many times to see how we were doing and to offer to answer any questions or concerns.
He went above and beyond in every way I can think of, he helped us find a mortgage broker (Kris and Greg at innovative mortgage solutions who were also excellent), and a lawyer (also good), and excellent home inspector (David at Atta-boy Property Inspections), and Kevin was always in connection with each of these people (I believe he would be just as connected even if we chose our own broker, lawyer, or inspector). We also do not have a car, and Kevin always kindly offered to give us a ride between each house viewing (which we really did not expect).
I also really believe that we got a great deal on our house because of the effort Kevin put in to the negotiation with the seller/selling agent.
I am honestly probably forgetting more ways in which Kevin was excellent, but maybe I’ll finish by saying that I can’t imagine a better agent for us.
I would (and will) definitely recommend Kevin to anyone I know searching for a home in Edmonton.

Picking a real estate agent is a vital decision in the home buying process that should not be taken lightly.
Kevin was the fourth and last agent I met with.
He left an impression on me from the start with his honest candor and light-hearted but professional demeanor. He was able to answer all of my questions, some more ridiculous than others, while also acting like an advocate whose sole interest was meeting my needs, not closing on a quick commission.
If you're looking for a conveyor belt like salesman who will convince you to buy the first house you see, Kevin is not it. However, if you're looking for a talented agent that will work hard to make sure that you find the right home, regardless of how long it takes, you can stop looking.

Not a lot of words are needed for Kevin. Delivered everything a seller could hope for. Kevin stands out for his use of digital media to produce stand out virtual tours. This was an asset prior to COVID and in the new normal a key skill. He was able to host virtual showings and get our place sold in a tough market.
