I think Rob would be a great agent for anyone. He listens well and responds appropriately. He has great knowledge of the housing market and seems to have a good sense of current market conditions. He gives authentic feedback. He is able to critically look at houses and let you know what the positives and negatives are of the structure and location and will share when needed or requested.
