My Real Estate Agent Bhanu was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of buying our first family home.
He went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable at all times and educated us all through the process during the purchase of our first home. He went out of the way to help us with all the concerns starting from arranging mortgage for us to making sure that everything is done in time if that needed him to be available for us even after business hours.
Bhanu always said "don't stress and leave it to me" and it was in-fact monumental in reducing the anxiety we would normally suffer during this whole process. I cant recommend him enough times for what he was able to do for my family and the service he was able to provide.

Jag Ghuman is the most knowledgeable realtor I have come across and truly knows the Brampton, GTA and surrounding area market. We put our house for sale after terminating with another realtor who could get any decent offer or much traffic for our home in more than a month. Where do we begin. This was an experience made possible only by Gods blessings. We had been on the market for over a year and half before we met Jag. He is a blessing from above, he is cool, calm and collected, very good listener and he allows you to achieve your desired goal by guiding you every step of the way. On our first meeting he already knew exactly what our needs were and that's exactly what he focused on. We only went twice to see properties. The first day we were ready to make an offer but Jag said he had more in store for us. The second day we fell in love with two more properties and in the end we said yes to our new home. Jag was an absolute professional to work with. Right from the initial interview to completing the paperwork, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were totally satisfied. Under his leadership, we had multiple offers within the first 2 days of listing; and Jag ensured that we explored each offer from a holistic perspective. Real estate transactions, based on the financial price tags can stretch out beyond the norms, but Jag made the whole process very seamless and used Digital technology to speed things up. We both worked with Jag and Jatin; Jag on the selling and Jatin on the buying side. However, they were both very receptive with inquiries and in replying messages regardless if its selling or buying concerns.. Truly knowledgeable in the field of realty and we could not thank them enough for a job well done. We viewed one house and we felt the connection. I told Jatin to make it happen for us and he did.. with negotiated price and some extras. Jag sold our house in 2 days over asking. He provided us with everything from staging to ensuring that people who comes to view the house will have mask, gloves and even foot socks. Our anxiety level in selling in this Covid times were low as we were assured. Everything was explained to us in details, timely advise, comparisons in our area. We used whatsapp for messaging and zoom on important meetings and I tell you, Jag always presented in a very organized manner. We were never felt rushed nor forced.Jag and Jatin are both soft-spoken and very respectful too. We could not imagine dealing with somebody else but them. My Real Estate Agent Bhanu was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of buying our first family home.
He went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable at all times and educated us all through the process during the purchase of our first home. He went out of the way to help us with all the concerns starting from arranging mortgage for us to making sure that everything is done in time if that needed him to be available for us even after business hours.
