Sam is a great agent. My husband picked her from a Google review on agents in Barrie with great reviews. Well it goes to show. She was so quick to respond to us, always kept us in the loop, and seemed so on the ball! She was really relatable too. She remembered details about our life like our daughter’s name and other things going on in our life like my job and my husband’s job. Our lender was a pain in the butt and ended up making us keep pushing back our condition date. Sam was so great and handled the communication part of things so well.

Working with Sam was a wonderful experience & having her guide us through this process was absolutely key in finding our first home! Without a doubt, I know Sam had our very best interest at heart- which can be quite hard to find in this market.
What I appreciated the most- was her attention to detail, the thoroughness put into building contracts (to protect her buyers), and her unbelievably quick communication skills.
