Michael was a great real estate agent. In fact, we spent so much quality time with him, he is now like family. He was involved in every step of the way when we sold our house, and again when we bought one. Mike made my home buying experience easy, relaxed, and fun. Mike asked me lots of questions that helped him develop a clear picture of what I was looking for. This really narrowed down our search and reduced the number of "duds" we looked at. Mike seemed to develop an almost intuitive sense of what I liked and didn't liked, and he tirelessly adjusted the search criteria, based on my comments about each property. Mike was always well-prepared to answer all my questions about a particular property and the surrounding neighbourhood. If there was the rare question he couldn't answer immediately, he made sure he found the answer as soon as possible. I found Mike to be honest and realistic when discussing the pros and cons of a property. He provided a balanced perspective and it was obvious that his main priority finding me a place I loved!

I felt that Mike went out of his way to improve my home buying experience - he definitely aims to provide service that goes above and beyond what's expected. Mike's positive outlook, honesty, dedication, and genuinely caring attitude make him the type of realtor anyone would wish for.

We were very happy with Michael. As we proceeded with our showings Michael was very diligent in what we may like or dislike saving time in not looking at unwanted properties. He was very familiar with Sherwood Park making for ease for looking at various properties. We would definitely recommend Michael to other parties.

Michael did a fantastic job for us with the sale of our home. He went above on beyond helping us get a building permit for our deck to ensure we got our RPR with compliance required for the sale. The open house was marketed very well which brought in a lot of interest. We had the house conditionally sold in 11 days and all closed without issue. We were very pleased with the whole transaction and Michael was key in making it all happen.

Michael was an excellent realtor. We were first time buyers and he walked us through every single process. He was readily available via email and phone. When we made viewing appointments with him, we felt like we were a priority, did not feel rushed and saw as many properties as we felt was necessary. He is very knowledgeable and we had constructive discussions about our needs and wants, what we had viewed and what we could afford. He gave us lots of important information that we would have otherwise never known. He negotiated our offer down by $10,000. We were overall extremely pleased with the biggest purchase of our lives. We would highly recommend him.

Short story: One month AFTER the sale was complete, on my rental in another city, Michael was reimbursed by the condo board a small amount of money that I had already reimbursed him for. He immediately let me know and sent it off in the mail. I think this represents the level of integrity in which he operates from which is comforting when buying or selling a home

Working with Michael was AWESOME.

We had been looking for the perfect downtown condo for over 12 months with several other realtors when we bumped into Michael by chance at a unit we had come across ourselves one sunny afternoon. He showed us the listing and then suggested a unit and building a street over we had not come across in our search and would you believe we have been living in that very same building and unit for 10 months and it was the best decision we could have ever made. He helped us process tackling a complete renovation when neither of us had ever really done one before. He supported us through the process and was timely and maintained excellent contact with us every step of the way.

We love our condo and are very happy with the decision. It is the perfect location and building for us. We look forward to working with Michael on our next purchase.

Michael was excellent to work with when selling and buying property. He was able to sell my place in under a week (for a good price!) when two previous realtors were not able to do so. He was also very helpful (and patient) during my search for my new place...one in which I am very happy. Michael helped my husband and I in purchasing of our first home. We got incredibly lucky as we randomly found Michael but he was the best choice we could've made. Being from out-of-town, we didn't have many days to see houses and no matter where the house was in what neighborhood, he was able to plan our days in Edmonton so that we could strategically see all of our potential houses within the short time that we had. He also gave us great information on the neighborhoods, the pros and cons of each area and tips on how to tell what kind of area would be good for our situation.

On our second day of looking at houses, Michael tripped down these old stairs and he twisted his ankle (badly). If it was any other person, I'm sure they would've called it a day (and we would've understood!) but knowing that we were from out-of-town and short on time, he continued to show us the rest of the houses we had set up for that day...what a guy! You should've seen the size of the swelling...he was definitely going above and beyond for us. He was so genuine and it felt like he cared deeply about where we would end up and never once did I feel pressure on making a quick decision. He walked us through the entire process, the incredible paperwork and was available to answer any questions we had as a first time home buyer.

He recommended us to a great mortgage specialist which really helped link the whole process together without stress and even to this day, I go to his recommendations for mortgage related questions so great referral there as well!

On the day that we bought a house, he was ready to welcome us to our first home and it was the warmest welcoming that you could expect. I have recommended Michael to all of my friends in Edmonton that are looking to buy and I believe he's in the process of helping one of my friends look into buying a B&B in Ottawa/a different city. She has said nothing but great things about Michael and said he had really great knowledge about her commercial market and answered so many questions she had. You're in great hands with Michael and I would recommend Michael to anyone! Looking forward to working with him again on the purchase of our next home in the future!

It is not very often I will respond to these surveys let alone give top marks but in this case Michael Draper did such an excellent job working with my disabled wife and myself.
He took us to properties I wasn't able to view myself on the web and explained why or why not to purchase the properties. I thought we were high maintenance clients but he worked with us until he found us the perfect HOME.
If you are not sure which agent to work with call Michael as he is extremely trust worthy, will not sugar coat anything and has patience like a saint. But best of all he know his business and all the legalities when you are purchasing a pre-owned home which is extremely important.
When I am ready to move if ever, I will be calling Michael to list my home and find me a new one.
I am positive Micheal will be if not already extremely successful in the Real Estate business.
