Alan MacMullen

I have been a full time REALTOR® since 2007 and to date it has been the best experience, career wise, of my life so far. I have had tremendous success with 1st time home buyers, Residential re-sale including condominiums, military buyers and sellers, relocations, and New Construction. In 1997 I obtained an education degree from the University of Maine after graduating from Saint Maryâs University in 1996. Prior to being a REALTOR®, I spent nearly 10 years with the government on both the provincial and federal levels, which has provided me with an excellent understanding of how our system of government works. I am originally from Sydney, Nova Scotia and had the fortunate opportunity to attend high school in Ottawa, Ontario. I moved back to the East Coast in 1992 and have lived in Halifax ever since. Currently, I reside in the subdivision of Westwood Hills, Upper Tantallon with my wife and two children. We have managed to get home every summer to spend some much needed rest and relaxation on the beautiful Bras d'Or Lakes, Cape Breton Island. My primary goal is to utilize my education degree to provide my clients with the absolute best understanding of how the complicated process of home selling and buying works. Therefore, they can confidently go into their next real estate transaction and view me as their lifelong REALTOR®.
