I usually don't give out 5/5 stars but Rob truly met and exceeded our expectations for each. Rob exceeded my expectations in every respect when I engaged him to sell my condominium. He has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Rob knew the neighbourhood very well, pointing out several positives and possible concerns that we had not previously considered. I've purchased several houses in the past, but Rob was the first agent who actually negotiated and ended up saving us a substantial amount of money.
