Tracy was everything we could ask for in a realtor. We purchased our home remotely, with occasional visits to Comox Valley. We contacted Tracy based on the reviews we saw online, and we couldn't be more thrilled with her and her team's services. Tracy truly cares about her clients and getting them the home that they need. If there was ever a calling for realtor, Tracey has found it. She was informative, patient and nothing but professional. Her intuition and knowledge of the market, and people were simply amazing. I know some of my offers on the various properties we looked were low and she presented each one no matter how crazy they seemed. She got me the place I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay which was no easy task.
Timing of the purchase was also problematic as my previous rental came to abrupt end with my landlord wanting to move into my suite. Giving me two months to find a place, but Tracey made it all work. I would recommend her to anyone.

Tracy was knowledgeable of the market conditions and provides sound advice on listing price and did not set unrealistic expectations. The property being sold was in need of.an update and the listing price fairly reflected this. She kept us informed on the number of showings scheduled and accommodated our renter. At closing there was a need to deal with issues the renter left behind and Tracy went above what many agents would have done to resolve.The issues to not be the new owners satisfaction but to ours as well.
