Nadine Beaucage

Nadine, born and raised in Calgary, didn’t choose real estate as a career – it chose her. In her adolescence, she unexpectedly pitched a deal with her mother saying she would get her Real Estate License and save up to buy her first house within 6 months. Being an assertive woman of her word Nadine followed through on each of the terms while also unintentionally finding her passion. Since 1997 she’s been committed to learning every aspect of the business so that clients can experience more joy in the process and less stress. Nadine’s focus is on delivering an exceptionally high Real Estate experience from the start of the process until the end. That means working closely with clients, sharing a strong vision and learning to anticipate any surprises that present themselves during a Real Estate sale. That ability to always be prepared, combined with a genuine passion for what she does has allowed Nadine to consistently earn annual industry awards, while always putting her clients first.Nadine’s casual humor is undeniable, and is sure to keep a smile on your face.
